Need 'E' heads for my 1970 442 with the large intake valves.

I have a set that are complete. They were removed from a 70 442 in the early 90s. I consider them cores and needing rebuilt. $200 if you can pick them up in Brazil Indiana. If you want them shipped $250 and shipping.

 

Great, I'll take them. I understand they need to be rebuilt, so you think they need valves/springs.. the works? Are they rusty?
Let me talk to the wife about driving the 4hrs to see you vs. shipping them.

 

No problem, If you PM me your email I could send you pictures. I would guesstimate shipping to be around $70. I would assume the worst and expect they will need everything but I do not know that they will. I will have to look again but i don't remember them being rusty.

 

If that deal don't work out for you I have a set that have been sitting in my garage for years-----not rusty but I think I stole a valve out of one of them.

 

As a 3rd option for you I have a set of heads near O hare airport for p/u

 

If none of those work I have a rebuilt set ready to bolt on.
