Hi,

I'm looking to add a Dual Gate shifter to my '69 Cutlass. As correct as possible would be nice. Nothing newer than the 70's. Would like to put it in a H/O-type mini console....oh yeah, I need one of those too.

Dual gate was only in the H/O in 1969 so therefore rare, and no real correct options for a Cutlass/442. Maybe customize a 70-72 shifter/console or go aftermarket.

 

Yeah, I know that, Dane. As 68-69 Dual Gate shifters are pricey, I would like to find a similar DG shifter from another year/make and fit it to the '69 mini-console. I just need to see if this is possible and what this will require.

 

I have a duel gate from a 68 or 69 gto it looks like the 69 ho type.
