Clutch fork extension P/N 385056 needed

I need a clutch fork extension for a 1966 442. It is P/N 385056, and is shown on page 7-2.1 of the 1966 assembly manual. I have never seen one, but It looks like a bent piece of wire that goes on the end of the clutch fork and allows for attaching the return spring. The web site 4speedconversions shows one, but apparently not for sale They have not responded to my email and phone messages. If anyone can provide me with a source for a new one that would be great too. Thanks!

The NOS clutch forks I have used all had a hole outboard of the cup for the actuating rod. I just use it for the end of the spring.

Thanks Run to Rund. I just ordered a clutch fork from OPG that looks like a duplicate of the original from the picture. From the picture, it does look like it has a hole at the edge of the rod cup. I am replacing the incorrect clutch fork that I had (GM P/N 14066235) that had no outboard hole and interfered with my bellhousing. I would like to have my new one set up in the original configuration if I can. Thanks for the response!
