Center Link for 1963 F-85

Looking for a tight center link to replace mine on my 1963 f85 that is pretty sloppy come to find out.

Found one for sale on FCRCMachine website but it sounds like I would have to remove mine and they would rebuild it, not a replacement so I’d like to see if there’s another option without keeping the car down.

FWIW, I am a dealer for Rare Parts and can save you some $$, if you decide to go the rebuilt route. If you don't want any down time on your ride, you'll need to source a used "core" for them to rebuild. If interested, please email me direct: drolds1@bellsouth.net. Thanks, Bob.

sorry I don’t have a part number and don’t know if/where there is a place to look them up.

I have got one that is still tight for a 63. I would want $150 and shipping for it. I am in Brazil Indiana and only take Pay Pal payment as friends and family. I know that can be a deal breaker for some people but it is the only way I do it now. I will get pictures and post them here. It could be tomorrow before I post them.

This one is nice and tight still. I am assuming it is an aftermarket one because it does not have grease fittings. One end has a chip out of the threads where the cotter key goes through but the nut threads on just fine and the cotter key can still be used. You just need to be careful not to cross thread it with the chip out of it. $150 and shipping. I don't have a problem with keeping it if you don't want it. I play with these cars a lot so I will eventually need it myself if it is around.

Thanks Eric. I ended up working with Bob through email to have mine rebuilt. I didn’t realize Rare Parts Suspension was only about an hour drive away from me so it works out being about to avoid shipping.
