You kinda need to be more specific because in 1970 the neutral safety switch is on the shifter and 71-72 used the one on the column.

 

You can also take a 1970-72 console that wasn't setup for the dual gate and modify it to work. There are factory lines cast into the plastic on the underside of the console showing you where to cut it for the dual gate application. John

Did you ever find the center console? I have a dual gate for a Pontiac. Don't know if you could make it work.
