A good A/C or hydraulic hose shop should be able to use your original fittings and make a new one if you can't find one pre-made.

I assume you meant to say its the hose that goes from the compressor to the condenser as the AC lines wouldn't go to the radiator. The condenser sits in front of the radiator. Just wanted to make sure you had the correct terms while doing your search. If you don't find anything or anyone local, try Classic Auto Air in Tampa FL. Send them your old one and they will duplicate it. Better yet, send all of them if you can swing it and get all of them duplicated so another one doesn't fail in the near future. You will want to seal the system as best as you can while the hoses are off to keep it clean and dry. If the receiver/drier is original, now would be a good time to replace it too. It's the thing up with the condenser that looks like a metal bottle. I believe it can be rebuilt so check with CAA if you decide to use them.
