I have the duct shown the pics below...pulled from a '69 Cutlass. Overall good condition but has one area where the plastic had a small, somewhat-circular crack (3rd pic) and I glued that area.

Also, a small stress crack near the mounting hole on the tab which I suspect is common from use(4th pic).....I would add some cement/crazy glue to this small stress crack and use a mount screw with a flat washer under it (if it's a #8 screw I'll include the screw with the captive flat washer).

$45 + shipping....Check or MO....no paypal.

If you are looking for "super slick" I can also clean it well, blend/fill/hide the small "circular" crack and the other stress crack and shoot it with a good plastic/vinyl paint but that will add some extra $ to the cost. Easy enough to do yourself.

Thanks

On going saga

I have learned a valuable lesson in the fact that you have to be very specific on the parts you buy. I purchased the a/c manifold a few weeks ago and it turns out it's for a 70 and will not work on my 69. So I am now looking for the piece in the picture.

'69 a/c manifold

The assembly manual shows a 1st type (399408?) & a 2nd type (404143), which was later cancelled. You may want to look for a part# on yours. It will save further confusion.

duct

I have this model duct as well as the other too, 25 bucks plus whatever shipping cost is to you. I wonder if you are the same person that called me the other day on one?

I suspect it will fit insode the large USPS flat rate box as long as I pack it well and cushion it, I thionk it should make the ride fine.

Pictures are attached to this. PM me back if you want it and I will get it out first thing in the AM. I take PayPal for payment
