So i realized there is another piece I am missing. Brian (69442c) was kind enough to send me these pictures of what it looks like but this is his only one.
Does anyone else have this piece they are willing to part with?

Is this a 69 Cutlass/442?

 

It is a 69 Cutlass S. Although I think this part might be same on either model this year. Not positive though.

Hey Rob, sorry for the delayed response. I was waiting to hear back from someone else that thought they had the piece too and I just wanted to see if theirs had the mounting tab still intact.
I just found out this morning that they do have it and the mounting tab is still unbroken so I am going to purchase that one.
I really appreciate you taking the time to respond and taking pictures of your part for me.
Hopefully I can return the favor if you ever looking for something that I have.
