I currently have a 1968 442 400 that has the proper accessory drive for a power steering car with no a/c. I am looking for someone who wants to delete the a/c in their car and would like to trade all the accessory drive stuff in their a/c car for mine. Thanks, Brian

 

If you are planning to install factory a/c on your car which didn't have it originally, you'll need to change the firewall area where the evaporator case mounts. I have a complete firewall, from a factory equipped a/c car, that we removed by cutting through the spot welds with a special tool. If interested, email me for pics, etc.: drolds1@bellsouth.net. Thanks, but my car had a/c when it was built. When I bought the car it had a Chevy 350/350 with a turbo 400 in it. No a/c. I found a complete original drive train for my car that was take out of a 68 442. I would like to put the air back on it.
