Need smaller jack plate, I have complete jack for 1971 cutlass but the plate is to big. Guess olds. made different size bumper jacks over the years?

There were 4 different styles of posts used for jacks on GM cars during those years. I've attached a picture of jack plates that show 3 of the 4 different styles. I don't have any for sale - just wanted to show what those styles looked like. The gray one on the left came on my '68 4-4-2 (Lansing car), the black one in the middle came on my '69 4-4-2 (Fremont car), and the blue one on the right came on my '70 GTO (also a Fremont car). I believe the fourth style looks similar to the gray one.
