Can someone identify this Bumper Jack?

I have a 1972 Cutlass and was looking for the correct Bumper Jack for that year. I found this Bumper Jack for $15 and it has a code on the base "U70".

The base is a 70.
The stem or jack itself may
be as well. Post a pick of
the jack hanger with out that
universal hook.

On my parts thread I have a 70
stem pictured. I don't have a base
or hook for it though. Looks as though
that hook might work for 68-72?

Additional Pics of the Unknown Bumper Jack.. If anyone has a pic of their 72 Cutlass Bumper Jack I would appreciate it.

Thanks, Pat

I can help you a bit with this. These are pics I took of my jack hook and lift mechanism a while back. You can also see the part numbers of the rubber insert and jack hook clearly in these. If you need more I'll have to empty the trunk and get the stand out for a pic.
