Are your cars stripped-down that much that they are missing the pedals? If you have the brake pedal still in the car, then you have the bracket up there already.

Hi Brian:

Actually, I do have the original but I need another. I am altering the bracket to take out the vaccum booster and master cylinder and install two master's with a balance bar instead. I have to cut up and alter the mount where it attaches to firewall as well as potentially widen the innards a little bit where the balance bar goes. I want to use the original as reference and do the alterations on the second one (also so I still have the original if I ever need it).

I think I must be the only guy with a 4-4-2 that is completely redoing the entire suspension, brakes, and drivetrain - YES - I am keeping the 455!

I guess I shouldn't go completely off-topic, but I owned my first '71 442 over 25 years ago. It was my "dream" car back then, and started doing some upgrades to it back then. It was stolen from my home and got crashed and totalled. I was heartbroken but immediately went and got another, where it sat under a tree until about 2 years ago. I have been saving up money all that time and I never thought that I would be "running out of money" putting it back together in my "dream" form... but I am spending my last nickel getting it done - and done the way I always wanted it. Hopefully before the end of summer it will be "done!"

Man, there are a lot of parts that make up a car! You don't realize it until you have everything completely apart!
