Rob, I think I have these parts. Just to clarify: you need the passenger side plastic defroster duct that goes on the underside of the dash and the hose that connects your manifold to that duct? Correct? Do you need the center plastic duct that connects the top of the manifold you have to the center dash outlet?

Oppps, let me try that again. You need the flexible hose that goes from the manifold over to the passenger side dash outlet and then the duct work that connects the heater box to the defroster outlets. Correct? And then same question about if you need the center plastic piece that connects the top of your manifold to the center dash outlet. Let me know.

Rob, I do have the parts and I have posted photos. Note that the small round hoses that go to the defroster vents are not good but I think you can buy them new at the auto parts store. The rectangular hose I have is good. Also note that the small plenum for the defrost has a small piece broken off for the mounting bolt. A washer over the bolt should solve that problem.
I have also included a photo of the main vent manifold as the one you show is not correct for the 69 Cutlass cars. The difference is the outlet that runs over to the passenger side vent is square on the 69's whereas the one you have is round. The hose for that side and the plastic end on the hose needs to connect to a square fitting rather than a round one. I'll sell the one I have if you need it. Just note that the one mounting tab on the lower right is broken off. I'm sure you can fab something to make that work such as to epoxy a small tab over that area to replicate what was there.
The price for everything I show is $45. If you don't want the plenum with the square outlet, deduct $20. Shipping will be extra and I'll just need to know what pieces you want so I can price the shipping.

Brian, I found the correct main manifold in my shed so I dont need that. I will take the other 2 pieces you show in first pic. Any broken pieces is ok. Also do you have any black rear seat belts you might want to sell.
Thanks very much, Rob

Which piece do you mean? Your previous photo showed you had everything that went from the manifold through an oval piece of plastic duct about 12" long, to the square hose. The only other piece is a plastic piece that is connected to the vent that would accept the square hose. Is that the piece you mean? If so, I do have it. Let me know.
I have these duct pieces in the "For Sale" section if anyone can use any of them:
