1978 and 1979 Supreme, Supreme Brougham, and Calais only came as 2-dr coupes. The Cutlass Salon, and Salon Brougham models were available in 4-door sedans (and 2-dr coupes). Those were the Aerocoupe or fastback design. Totally different. I had 2 sets of 1978 Supreme/Calais light assemblies but sold the last pair recently. Sorry.

Yup bought it Dec.78

 

I bought mine from the original owner in 1984. It was re-painted in 2002. I now have a 200r4 Trans with a 3:08 posi rear in it with a 79 Hurst Style exhaust. It still has a 260 in it but the motor is a rebuild of a different block that was done in 1992.

 

a regular seller on the www.V8buick.com site recently posted up a "NOS" tail light and hood ornament for the 78-80 generation Cutlass. Just a heads up. Seller's avatar is "Wheelz" he is in Florida.
