71 Saddle brown vista interior parts

Hey guys looking for some Saddle brown interior pieces for my 71 vista. Things I am looking for is window lace and pretty much all trim pieces. Main one I am looking for is the c pillar and the metal trim from the rear windows. TIA!!!!

I might have the metal trim for the rear windows & do have the B pillar pieces but probably not in saddle. The C pillar pieces seem to be extremely hard to find. I might have a set that could be repainted/dyed. I'll check & get pix.

Unless someone changed your interior, the brownish color would be Sienna, and not Saddle Brown. Saddle Brown was the brown interior color for 72.

If it is Sienna, I may have some parts for you. I'll have to try and locate them. John

Sienna is what I would be looking for then. Thanks for the clarification😀. Is there a difference in color for the 2 I am guessing?

Your welcome. Saddle Brown is a traditional tan/brown color, while Sienna is sort of a combination of reddish brown, kind of hard to describe. It was only used by Oldsmobile and Pontiac in 71. Hope that helps.

OK, here's some pictures of different interior colors. The first one shows a sienna on the left (cinnamon colored) and saddle on the right.

But to complicate things somewhat, here's two different shades of what I've called Saddle. One clearly darker than the other. I'm including two photos as the sun angle makes it a little hard to see.

Scott, see what you can come up with and if you don't have good C pillar covers I'll see if I can find them. John

Ok,
Here is what I've found. Two nice upper metal pieces, very clean & paintable. Also nice parchment?? B pillar pieces & one saddle/sienna/brownish piece. B pillar pieces are all nice & repaintable. One other black plastic piece, can't remember where it goes on the inside but it seems to be in good condition. One C pillar piece that is a little chalky but not bad & has been painted before but I think you could clean & repaint if need be. I might have other pieces at my warehouse & will try to check later today.

Are those the ones that go behind the rear door in the top? If so interested in those, will match the green pieces in it lol. And interested in the sienna one from the previous post.

Tom,
Here is a shot inside my car that may help place the pieces. Call me to work out the details?

OK, I'll put it on my list of things to dig out and photograph. Right now its 109 degrees and really smoky from forest fires so not exactly good weather to do stuff outside! John

I'll look this weekend. Is there anything specific your looking for or just interior parts in sienna?

John

Mainly right now b and c pillars, window laces for the side and top roof window. Also the metal side window pieces. Maybe kick panels but thinking about doing speaker repop ones.

About 10 years ago I parted out a 1971 Vista Cruiser with sienna interior. It had bad rust around the roof glass and bumps under the paint all the way down to the rocker panel But a few years ago someone here was asking about these parts. I dug them out but they didn't follow through with the purchase. Then I put them away somewhere safe.... somewhere is the key word here I'll keep looking but so far I haven't come up with anything.

After many talks and Scott searching I have gotten some of the interior parts that I was looking for from him. And great doing business with you Scott
Still in search of:

Upper and lower C pillar (picked up a green one but would like sienna)
1 lower B pillar (I think LH side)

window lace for basically all the windows (have a lead on the front windshield but leaving options open)
Vista Cruiser glove box (have a lead on a cutlass one but kinda want the VC on it.)
Also have a lead on A-pillars but will most like likely looking for that as well.

Tom,
Here is the emblem for the glove box if you still need/want it? Or do you want a sienna glove box with the emblem?
$10.00 shipped? It needs a good cleaning but chrome seems to be good.
