Check with John McNeel (2blu4442 on this site). He's in Medford Oregon and has a stash of Cutlass parts.

It has the holes for the individual letters, and I have all the letters separate from the lid. I'll get a couple photos for you this weekend.

Mine was from a hard top, I don't know if it will work on a convertible.

As Allan pointed out, you will need a deck lid from a convertible or a 4-door car. The convertibles have rounded corners whereas the hardtops are more square. Here's a couple of pics:

I've got one that has the rounded corners and holes for the Oldsmobile letters. But it would need some work, not rust issues but the inside support lock area needs straightened. I'll dig it out, wash it off and try to get some photos for you later today. Price would be $100 plus shipping from Medford Oregon. After you check out the photos you can let me know if its good enough for you to work with and if so we can look at shipping options. John

I also changed your title to say its for a convertible. That's what you really need, not a Supreme deck lid but one from a convertible or 4 door car.

Its in worse shape than I remembered. If your good with body work I believe it could be fixed, but I'd drop the price to $50 plus shipping. The lock isn't punched, but it looks like they may have opened it with a prybar! I took a bunch of photos so if you don't see a view you'd like to let me know. John
