Hi , I'm seeing a lot of complaints about the replacement glass for the 70 442 sport mirrors not fitting correctly being a little oversized .... Does anybody know a place that has corrected that problem or my better off just going to a glass shop t?you

Hey Mike, let us know how it works out and where you got it. The glass in my mirrors should be replace soon too. When I do get to it it will be helpful to know who to use or avoid.

Do not use the tape with glass. Go to the glass company and buy their tape. Why well the glass fell off going to a show on a replaced 70 mirror.

When I had the glass replaced on my mirrors, I just took them to a glass shop and they did it for me. They used to old glass as a template and everything fit just fine.
