70 Rear Bumper Bracket.

I need a passenger side rear bumper bracket for a 70 Ralley 350. Mine got hit in the back. Anybody have a good one they want to part with?

FYI.. the Rallye 350 has a ground strap on that bumper bracket. be sure to put it on the new bracket. you will have to pre drill the hole for the strap screw.

i don't have the brackets but i do have a cut out bumper core if you still need one of those.

That's different. How come the 70 has a ground strap and 71/72 don't?

it is the Rallye 350 only. it is because of the painted bumpers. it is to ground the tail lights. if you were to use a Rallye 350 right rear bumper bracket on another car it would not be "correct" because it would have this extra hole.

Unless I'm mistaken, the brackets for the cut out bumpers have an extra little "tab" built in for the tail pipe hanger to attach to.

Well I just went and looked at my 72. It has those extensions for the hanger to attach to, and it wasn't originally a dual exhaust. I know the exhaust shop didn't put them on. Maybe one of those quirky things GM did back in the day?
