The only "perfect" console lid I have is for my 4 speed console
substantially more money than the auto mat unit with the hole in the door

 

I've got a nice one, black with a good hinge assembly, missing a couple screws, but I can round those up easily enough for you. I see the last one sold here went for $60 shipping included, I'll do the same.
