69 442 hood tooth

Hey guys I'm in the process of restoring a 69 442 convert. Body wk. is 90% done. I need a good hood tooth if anyone has one to sell please contact. Thanks

I understand that one of the aftermarket vendors has started making the proper metal hood tooths with the 442 piercings.

Saw someone on this site mention it a short time back.

In the meantime, will this work? It's 69 but Cutlass S

Thanks Alan will chk. it out. Lunaboy, What kind of shape is yours in. Trunk and front fenders Interchange with the convert. so hood and Tooth should be the same. I will confirm. Any Pics?

Nice.
kwz - if you're having body work done now, a good bodyman would be able to make a repair quite easily to that bolt corner. Best thing also is that tooth has the OEM part # and hole information on the back. That would be easy to see if a judge wanted to look at the overall quality of your restoration.

(No I'm not acting on behalf of Brett. I just wanted to point out some info as if it were me who was looking at purchasing this part for my car. I can fully appreciate why lots of folks want OEM parts)
