Looking for the internal shifting rod for a TH300 Jetaway transmission. I had the transmission rebuilt. But it is dripping fluid. My transmission guy has replaced the seal around the shaft 3 times and it still drips.
We think the shaft is worn and the diameter has changed. So the seal is not tight. I know this is an unusual ask.

 

I have a few ST300 transmissions. But to disassemble one to get it is the thing.

If you end up having to search for one, it is called the "selector shaft". It may make it easier to find.

Might I be able to find it on the open market??

 

I would think that your only source would be used, possibly a transmission shop. I checked to see if a T-350 might interchange, but no luck.
