68 or 69 Cutlass or 442 Headlight Switch Retainer Cup
So my repair didnt hold. I busted the threaded part completely off. 
Does anyone have a spare or know a source? This is the black blastic part that threads into the headlight switch. Thanks!

Parts Place has it. New aluminum (won't break like the OEM plastic ones).
$39. Year One, OPGI, Fusick may also have them but you'll have to do your own searching if you want.
