For those trying to help with this, here is the number on a 1967 Cutlass with PS that I have. It looks like 5679208 then a symbol inside a circle, and digits 67

Thanks John.
The original part number is 5679207 with a casting number of 5679208 as per the GM parts book, so yours is correct. . Is yours for sale?
Mine is on my grandma car, so it's not for sale. I'm hoping this will help the other guys who have some loose ones match it and provide you with the correct arm. John
I believe there are 2 taper angles throughout those years.
Dont quote me on that, but I’d STEER clear of 64-65..........
According to Rare Parts, that applies to '64-'67; different diameter of the center link stud. Do you not have a pitman arm or is yours just unserviceable?

this is what I posted in the discussion forum:
I have a 67 442 with power steering. I gave my original steering gear to a guy to rebuild it as he specialized in Saginaw gears. I could not get the pitman arm off no matter how hard i tried with a puller. . He said no problem. I gave it to him to rebuild, it was just leaking and a little sloppy. He is about an hour and a half away so he said he would send it to me by a freight company he has used for years. They lost it....... I was so mad because I wanted to keep the original gear that had an "easy steer' spool valve. I found an original used gear off of a 67 Cutlass, but it didn't have a pitman arm on it. I had this one rebuilt by the same guy but we met in person when it was done. I ordered an aftermarket Pitman arm for it. He messed something up in it because it turned 2.5 turns one way and 1,5 turns the other way. He went radio silent! I sent it off to be rebuilt by a reputable company and had it converted to a 3 turn gear. It turns evenly now but I have a problem now that I had with the bad built one. It seems that the Toe-out on turns is way off as the car scrubs the tires on a hard turn and the whole car wiggles. I measured the length of the pitman arm and the idler arm and they are the same. . The only thing that is different from before it was built is the pitman arm. I grew up in an alignment shop but I am baffled. Any advice is welcome.
The casting number I need is 5679208, please check to see if you have one.
Charles, I found two; one has been media blasted, but the # is difficult to read. The other has some surface oxidation, but is clearer. PM to follow. Thanks, Bob.
Pitman arms. Did find four (4) of the #5679208, and one (1) #5679209, which seems dimensionally identical. The two Manual pitman arms are off to the left side, in the second to last picture, and have a Smaller splined hole. Have blasted most of these arms in the past, so they are clean.
Here on the site? Did they communicate through PM or email? I have not heard of that happening here before. Over on FB yes people regularly make fake profiles but I don't know how they do that here. Please share more details on what happened, if your more comfortable sharing with just the moderators please do that. John

Sorry you got burned but thank you for sharing. A good reminder for the rest of us to be careful. Yeah, I could see myself doing that, getting an email right after talking through private message thinking it's the member. John

Dave does not communicate like this.
A lot of emails end in numbers including mine, its the proton.me that should be a red flag.
