I'm looking for a complete dashpot setup (bracket and dashpot (390288)) for a 4BBL 66 or 67 Cutlass. I did some research, the dashpot and bracket is the same on a 4BBL AT 330 /400 engines.

I pulled this one from a 66-67 Olds many years ago (a Cutlass I think). Excellent condition with original phosphate plating on the bracket. I've restored the plunger/diaphragm unit and it's also very nice...plunger works smoothly, spring is nice, rubber boot not torn, etc and a new retainer/locknut included.

Won't be the cheapest thing out there and you should compare this one to other pics to make sure it works for your application (the factory did not stamp a part number on these brackets).
