I need a 2 speed wiper switch for 62 starfire,

 

Per parts book looks like 1962-64 full-size cars with two-speed wipers and no washer use the same switch, and 62-66 with 2-speed wipers and washer use the same switch. I'll guess Buick and Pontiac use the same switches and possibly Chevy since the Fisher wiring would be the same.

OE p/n grp 10.163 p/n 1993569 62-64 exc F85 2-speed with wiper only, p/n 1993607 62-66 exc F85 2-speed wiper with washer.
