As far as I know they are still being made in South America. Check with your local auto glass supplier.

Exclamation Handle with care

Someone on E-bay lists new windshields every once in a while for '54, '55, '56 and '57 Olds. Not all the same of course...

Several years ago I needed a Tinted Windshield for a '57 Ford Conv. and they said it came from South Africa and there was was twenty seven other windshields left. I got it from a local Glass installer for $400.00 canadian installed....

great guy, gave me a discount for doing it over the phone and not ebay . Make sure you tell him is for a sedan since the ones he has posted are for hardtops

I looked it up and I got my windshield from Standard Auto Glass near where I live and they are no longer in business. I see you've been looking at Bobs classic Glass but remember Truck Freight is really expensive plus brokerage charges so what I'm saying is check out Apple Auto Glass or Speedy Auto Glass they should be able to help "BUT" remember these replacement Windshields of to-day are about 2 Milimeters thinner than Factory Originals and because of that your installer will have to lay a thin bead of Urethane sealant in the rubber Gasket beside the windshield or it will leak for sure. New rubber Gaskets are a must for the best of installations as the old gaskets just never seem to fit the replacement Windows, and I'm talking about many different experiences of trying to save a Buck...

thanks chequenman...I'm all about saving a buck
I have already ordered some new rubber (to go around the originals) for both front and back windows so that shouldn't be a problem.
I hadn't considered that the new windows are thinner....thanks for the heads-up
