Hey guys if anyone has any leads on a manual shift lever for a 1970-72 442 with console please let me know. I know of the after market ones but really looking for one with the 442 on the lever. If i remember correctly 7169 was the part number. Thanks for any information,
The 7169 does not have 442 on it only an H. You can get a 66-69 3760 442 stick, have it bent to match the 7169 and match it to the correct angled lower receiver. I had one I sold last year built by Dennis Maroudas dba DME 606-237-6648. He specializes in OEM Hurst shifter rebuilding/handle chrome plating. He also sells rebuilt Muncie transmissions & parts.

If you are interested, I have a 3760 manual shift lever (it's straight, not with the bend in it like the 7169) for sale for $50 plus shipping. You would have to get it bent to fit your '71, as well as re-chromed. This is a shift lever from my deceased brother's parts. It has a nut at the shift-ball end which I assume belongs to a shift ball that I don't have! Pics upon request.
Thanks for the quick response guys, I'm going to give Dennis a call on Monday and see what he can do for me. Randy if I need to send him a shifter I'll send you a pm for info on yours and we can go from there. Once again thank you!
