That's going to be a tough one. Only used on the 1964-70 B-body cars with small block. The 384785 used on the big block cars is a lot more common but taller. You MIGHT be able to make it work in a pinch, but the crossover pipe would be custom. Here's a comparison. 380145 on the left, 384785 on the right.

Research tells me the BB manifolds will bolt to SB heads but hit the engine mounts. Is this true if the mounts are bolted to the front two holes? It does look like the dumps are in the relative same area and since I am fabricating mounts anyway I can place the engine front to back to fit, but it does look like the BB manifold is taller.

It may simply be an illusion of perspective from your pics but the BB manifold does appear, to my eyes, to be larger in the body as well as the length of the dump. Hence "looks taller'.

It's not. The photo is at a slightly different angle. Unfortunately I didn't have both manifolds in the same place at the same time for one photo.
