I have a perfect 307 crankshaft, but would feel better if I'm using a 350 crankshaft if there's one out there.

I have numerous 350 cranks down here in sunny South Florida, if you know anyone coming down this way; or I have shipped cranks through Fastenal. If you are not building an engine that would put undue load on the crank (ie: nitrous, blower, turbo, high compression, etc.) a 307 crank is fine. All of the small blocks (260, 307, 330, 350 gas, 403) have the same stroke, main and rod journal sizes. The 260 and 307 are noticeably lighter in weight, which makes them attractive to class racers . The 330, which is forged, uses a different flywheel/flexplate bolt pattern. Other than that, you can pretty much use them interchangeably, with proper balancing.

I just sent my rotating assembly out for balancing and to polish the crankshaft I have.
