Got a part number? Are you referring to the rubber adhesive type door ding moldings?

Moldings

I have a set that I believe is complete, taken off a 73 supreme. While I know the 73 Vs 74/5 ha e different part numbers they look very similar to me
if you want pictures let me
know

Didn't the body side moldings on the 73-4 clip on?

Molding

As I know the 72’s have pierced holes for spring clip retainers. My 75 are adhesive backed, the part numbers for 74 are same as 75 so they must also be adhesive
and Considering the carryover of 72 to 73 models delayed due to a strike or something I am
betting when I pull the 73 set I have they will be clip on, and unfortunately not adhesive mounted
so Troy you are correct

I look at 70s BSM this way. The stick-on jobs, even factory, look cheap and ALWAYS tend to come loose after a few years. They're also mounted too high to be any good against door dings.

My vote is leave them off. That car is gorgeous without them.

OK- I see them. What's the situation with yours? If the vinyl insert is discolored, some fine polishing compound will rejuvenate them.

By any chance would you still have the side body molding off the 73 Cutlass?

I haven't received a response from you. I would like to see pics of the side trim. Also how much do you want for it. buddyboylyon@yahoo.com

thanks again for your patience, best regards
