I am looking for a really nice top dash pad with no cracks, problems, or excuses for my 1976 Oldsmobile 98.


Other Oldsmobiles this can be found on are 1974-1976 Olds 98, 98 Regency, or Delta 88. It doesn't matter if it is a two door, four door, or convertible.


Another good place to look is in Toronado's 1974-1978.


I am interested in blue like what is in the picture, but all colors will be considered.

Good luck with that find. You'd be as well off to send the original out and have it repadded and recovered.

Should you find one that has to be dyed to match, odds are cleaning and prepping may crack it.

 

72skytop, I may have a dash pad for you. It's from a '75 Delta 88. It's black. I believe it's in excellent condition. It will be later tomorrow before I can check it out. If it's good, I'll get pics at that time.

 

Okay. A black one would not be bad for me. They crack easy around the front speaker grilles. Check it out really good and I will look forward to pictures and finding out where it is at.

 

Have you found your dash pad? What color do you want? I ask because I have 2. The black one is what my car came with (75 88 conv). It is excellent. I also have an entire blue dash & tilt column from 74 2dr. I do not know yet whether I am going to use black or blue dash. My car had I dk blue ext, blk rug & dash white seats door panelss and top. Car is primed w/ new blue top.undecided on how to finish it. I am going to Canada to see 2 gentleman who have parts, as soon as my passport comes through. Good luck w / your olds. Jim.
