Your friend may have to warm up to the idea of having to paint any hard plastic interior trim pcs as it's next to impossible to find any in white that's usable. Been parting this gen of GM "A" bodies for years and I've yet to find anything more than a white coat hook that was worth bringing home. Black, on the other hand, held up better over the years, as well as some of the other colors offered at the time. Good luck!
