Looking for any pieces of the chrome/stainless pieces of side window trim, especially the passenger side rear roll down . Any leads appreciated

Are you talking about the 1 inch wide stuff that outlines the door and quarter window? If so that stuff is aluminum.

You can find the aluminum on any A body post coupe car for all of the pieces except for the quarter window upper piece. This trim is very hard to remove from the door window surround. It just clamps over the steel frame and has some adhesive keeping it from rattling. The quarter window upper piece bolts into the roof and the B pillar just is held on with two clips that slide on from the rear of the post.

Some cars had a wide belt/lower molding that was also aluminum. That was a rare option as far as I have heard.

If you are talking about the lower trim that is about the size of a pencil lead, that comes on the weaterstrip.

These pieces can be refurbished. There is a coating called bright anodized that is the correct coating over the polished aluminum. I stripped mine to bare aluminum and polished it. I left mine natural so I could polish it anytime it needs to be. The bright anodize is a little dull. If you have it on a car with stainless drip rail trim you will see a big difference.

W30 post-Yeah, what I'm looking for is the aluminum surrounding the rolldown windows-found some but a Fordguy a**hole who owns a junked 69 post won't sell them. Olds64-Thanks for the lead-Best of luck Ted
