1971 Cutlass Convertible floor section

I am looking for the section of floor below the package tray as well as the brace underneath. See picture. I'll take all leads, new or used.

Call Gary or Scott at South Texas Muscle Classics 281-251-7931. They have a '72 convertible body tub that has the metal you're needing. Not sure how to ship something like that but worth a phone call to find out. Good luck!

Thanks.. the right price would convince me I needed to road trip. I have a trailer and haven't been to Texas since basic training in 1991. Will call them tomorrow. Thanks!

You are more than welcome-glad to help. Here's a craigslist link showing the cowl section of the car I mentioned last night.

Im pretty sure a hardtop 2 door 71-72 uses the same area under there 70 slightly different because of the lack of the fuel vent

I think the convertibles are not as wide between the inner wheel wells. I know the back seat is about an inch shorter than a hardtop seat, and the inner wheel house is not the same between coupes and convertible models.

I do not believe there is a difference between hardtop and convertable for the floor section. This may help in expanding your search.
In fact you will find any A body Ex chevelle/skyklark etc. will work also

You're correct on the floor pan dimensions, the narrow backseat is to accommodate the top hydraulics - my bad. So any hardtop, coupe or convertible will be the same in this area.

I have that upper trunk section, are you going to remove yours from the spot welds on the sides and front edge? How far back are you going?
