I buy my fan belts from Troy Thornton. Here's a link: https://www.thorntonmusclecars.com/p...utlass-400-455

I looked up belts for a 1970 Cutlass and it appears the power steering belt is the same between the 350 and 455 engines. The alternator belt for the 455 is 2" longer than the 350 belt, though.
So you could get one correct belt from one of the above suppliers.

350:
ACDELCO 15440 (#88934329) Fan and Power Steering; w/o Air Conditioning
ACDELCO 15490 (#88934346) Alternator and Fan; w/o Air Conditioning

455:
ACDELCO 15440 (#88934329) Fan and Power Steering; w/o Air Conditioning
ACDELCO 15512 (#05914631, 88934351) Alternator and Fan; w/o Air Conditioning

Look for the superseded part numbers for the original belts and you'll likely find a few NOS pieces. I want to say the 49.5" belt shouldn't be too hard to find.
