I just checked mine and it's missing the same double headed bolt.
Curious if this is the same bolt as the lower water pump / power steering stud which is available.

No - it's not the same. The lower water pump/power steering stud is much longer on the forward/"outside" half and about half of that length is smooth/unthreaded. The threaded forward/"outside" portion on the correct stud is only 1/2"-5/8" long/tall (measuring an original here). \

I was looking at that exact comparison and I think the water pump bolt is a thread size smaller and a half inch or more longer. 5/16" compared to 3/8" threads (my memory may fail me here). Are the top and bottom threads on the water pump the same size? The correct bolt here has the same size threads on both ends.
