1970 Oldsmobile Delta 88 brake parts
I believe these are no longer available GM new or aftermarket. I think you'll have to locate one from a parts car. I've got a parts car with disc brakes but I'd like to keep everything together and sell it as a set someone could use to swap discs onto a drum brake car.

Your right, the rotors are not available. The power booster is. Sorry, my post was made prior to merging the 2 threads and I did double check the booster. This may be something to look at for the rotors.

"This auction is for a pair of replacement front brake disc rotors for a 1969-1970 Oldsmobile Delta 88 or 98. These have been unavailable since the mid 90s. We are offering a reproduction of the original disc portion of the rotor. They are CNC machined from a dealer-quality brake rotor blank, with the best casting available. This is an exact replacement for the delta 88 and 98. No modifications are necessary. The hub portion of your old rotor needs to be separated and re-used. Fortunately, it does not wear, and is typically very corrosion resistant. It's a little difficult to see, but the original brake rotor on these cars is a two-piece assembly that can easily be disassembled using either a shop press, or a block of wood and a hammer. You simply set the rotor flat on its disc and press the wheel studs straight down, or lay a piece of wood on top of each stud and pound it down with a hammer. Once the studs fall out, the disc separates from the hub with relative ease. The only difference between this and the factory rotor is the 10 bolt holes (the original had 5), but these are completely invisible once the hub is installed. Please email me if you have any questions before bidding. Free US shipping, email me for other locations. Thanks!"
I think those wheel studs are peened in place and "should" be cut out with an annular cutter per CSM procedure.
It looks like someone finally took the initiative to find a similar part and have it machined to suit. Good for them. Send an inquiry. Often times, if they can sell to you NOT thru the high priced selling venue, you get quite a savings. I know I have to add almost $200 to the price of an intake to make selling it thru the E vendor a bearable experience.
I have a used pair, but no one wants a used pair, right? They might not even be usable. Hours of work just to find out. Might as well get the new ones.
Maybe someone should buy the dead ones and the new rotors and transfer using the proper tooling so that the wheel studs stay in like they should. Then offer the package, ready to install.

True, but good luck finding the correct annular cutter. On my 62, I simply pushed the studs out with my press and had to buy studs with oversize knurls to fit tightly in the newly-enlarged holes. Not the end of the world, but just be aware of it.
And that "10 bolt" repop/reject is trouble....
Somewhere on this forum is the thread indicating that I have 2 remaining N.O.S. Rotors --- with no cutting, no slicing, no dicing, etc., etc.
George Rodriguez googled it -- and was sending me a postal money order for them 15 days ago "IMMEDIATELY" according to him -- and I haven't received any money --and he has his phone on "messages full" mode -- so
he doesn't want to indicate to me he has no money....
So, I have EXACTLY 2 N.O.S. KELSEY - HAYES available.....
You are welcome to call me -- Craig -- 516 - 485 - 1935 ... New York...
