1970 Olds 4-SPOKE RALLY STEERING WHEEL

Looking to buy the horn plate for this wheel. Seems mine is missing and the horn cap can not depress the little plunger to make the horn work!
But, if you have a complete steering wheel (black), I would consider that, too.

To clarify, you want a 70-72 sport wheel cap?

Rally Steering Wheel Horn Cap

The steering wheel I now have may not be for a 1970 442. Someone mentioned, because of the leather stitching pattern, it might have been used on a Ninty Eight!
My problem is the cap that is clipped onto this wheel has no capability to depress the horn plunger; it is just a "show" cap, and in fact, it is too SMALL!
My goal is to find a cap and related components to make the horn work.
If you look closely at the photos, the center nut protrudes past the surface of the steering wheel's mounting surface.

This is close-up of the wheel leather stitching/pattern. Not sure if it an actual Rally Wheel.

Here's is the existing wheel

As you can see, this cap's diameter is too small.

The center bolt nut actually protrudes about .25" pass the surface of the steering wheel!

This new center cap I bought hoping it would work, but the back side has 2 electrical connections. I don't know how this cap could work as I don't see how it can depress the horn plunger. Note: the center of this cap depress, but all I think that does is activate the circuit the the connectors.

This is the backside of the new horn cap showing the electrical connectors.
Do any of you have a cap and related components to make this horn work with this wheel?

The wheel is a Starfire wheel and is a little smaller than the Cutlass/442 wheels.
Here is the horn button setup you need;

You have a 67 car, with a 67 horn cap on a 70-72 wheel and column. Those guys will help you out above, but the main issue is that the 67 wheel did not use the center cap as a horn, they were on the spokes.

Here's a 67 and 70-72
