Hi Craig , I know of a yard that had several 67 to 70 olds 88 - 98's that has the disc brakes in western Maine but we are under 2 to 4 feet of snow
if you can wait I will go and see how much $ if they are still there , this yard is about 10 acres with lots of big cars , last time I was there 5 years ago

Wow. Wonder if I should part out this 70 delta 88. It has disc brakes. I have it for sale for $1000. All original. 455 2bbl. Hasn't run in probably 6 or 8 years.

To rocwal: When it is time, scout it out and let me know --- either HUBS Only --- or if it has to be Hubs & Rotors, how much meat is on the rotors (they would have to be "miked")
Would actually prefer just the hubs, because of the weight of shipping....

To the Oldsmobile guy with the parts car: That's your call.... But the sum of the parts is probably worth more than the car, if you want to take the time to "part it out" and have a place to "stash it" in it's various stages of disarray, because it will be an "eyesore"....

Note that this 70 has the disc brake only wheels, at least on the front.

To rocwal - if the snow ever melts (and the ensuing mud dries up), I'd be interested in 67-68 disc brakes with the four piston calipers.

Actually, "hub" means hub. These are two part rotors. The hub is the part that holds the bearings. The rotor is retained to the back of the hub with the splined lug bolts. This photo is an A-body hub, not for a full size, but you get the idea.

I've left four messages, do you return calls?????????

You left me a message at 5:43 PM on Saturday night -- I was at my New York ISLANDERS
clinching the playoffs night, and didn't get back until 12:30 A.M.
I then left at 4:30 AM to go to the first show of the season, on Sunday -- when I got home, I hadn't eaten all day, so after a hot lunch and a 15 hour show day, I fell fast asleep.

I told you this on your machine --- and 4 days later, and 1 message a day, I still don't have a return phone call......

Rocwal: it looks like Joe Padavano and I need your help --- when your snow melts....
If you have any doubt as to what a "HUB" is, we can provide you with pictures.

If there is ANYONE ELSE out there who can help us, CALL me immediately --
Craig. 516 - 485 - 1935...... $$$ waiting......
