Yes, a Sports coupe has the Post.

I will have to find out about the 69's. I thought that 68' were the last year for the small vent window.

Does yours have the vent window?

Doesn't the '69 Post car have the vent window though? I know that the '69 442, S, and Supreme do not have it, but I thought that the Post cars did.

I believe 1969 does have the vent window, but the door lock is in a different location. So the door panels from a 1968 won't swap over to the 1969 door.

I am thinking the post car does have the vent, at least I have never seen a pic of a post car without them. John, can the lock be repositioned without damaging the door? Or should I say can a guy reuse the 68 guts. I can't see why they would spend the money to retool the inner sheet metal for a one year only deal, would they? I have a pair of 68 post doors BTW extremely rough, but the innards I believe are good. I can check if you need anything.

Hi Chad
Several years ago I had a nice set of 1968 door panels that I wanted to use on my 1969 project. I was surprised to find that the lock pull was in a different location. I'm trying to remember if the door panel covers the lock area on the post cars. If so it could be re-drilled and the guts swapped over. I'm thinking the door panels don't go all the way up to the window, but most of my experience is with hardtops so I'm not sure about this. John

Thanks guys.

Chad, everyone

I really don't need them but I know that they are hard to find so I thought I might as well start searching. I would rather have spare parts then no parts. I might need them one day. You never know.

I'm still on a quest to find them. If all else fails do they make skins for them?
