1967 mirror

Wanted for 67 Cutlass 442 driver quality RIGHT outside mirror with attaching hardware. mike0307@bellsouth.net 706-340-5666

Mike, wasn't 67 the year that a passenger side mirror wasn't offered from the factory, at all? Is this the year the right side mirror could only be purchased from a dealer parts counter, or dealer installed? If this was the case I imagine it will be kinda scarce on the used parts scene.

I originally made a left side mirror work on the right side. It is hard to get the correct mounting location to be useful though. I was able to buy an NOS right mirror kit recently. I chose not to mount it where the included template would have put it. Just eyeballing that placement told me it would be next to useless, and interfere with the vent window operation.

I should take pics of mine. It has been there forever (I'd presume a dealer addition), and it is very functional. I don't recall any interference.

The right side mirror was available on Vista Cruisers not on 442 or Cutlass I too have made a left side work.

No, sir. Not even on the VC. There is a GM part number for for it, but not an RPO code for it because it was not a factory option.

One pic shows location relatively front to back. The other pic I found shows pretty much the drivers angle on it.
