1966 Full Sized Olds Manual Transmission

I know of one car out there that has one. I saw a 1966 Oldsmobile in Downingtown, Pennsylvania a couple of years ago. I would like to change my 1967 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Custom long stock transmission to a 4 speed manual. I think driving it would be a hoot!. I think Oldsmaniac might have one.
Are there any others out there?

There is more to this swap than just the trans, getting the trans is the easy part. The factory pedals, Z bar and linkages and shifter are very scarce.... Note too the 4spd on the floor was only available in the SB 64 B body and BB 65 and 66 B bodies but not the 98.

Don't forget that the crank isn't machined for a pilot bushing, either.

Here's a Pontiac as listed & you can tell because its speedo cable ready... Oldsmobile has it, but a pulg installed because the speedo drives of the drivers front wheel hub...

1966 Full Sized Olds manual Transmission

Hey Guys: Thanks for responding. It would definitely be easier to make an offer to Oldsmaniac.
It seems this potential project could be an expensive proposition, that's if all the parts were available. I'm impressed that 65BO1Delta was able to find a 4 speed long stock transmission. I guess it just takes knowing what to look for.

That car could make such a cool car and the price isn't bad. It looks pretty solid.

I've got a 1965 Olds Jetstar I factory 4 speed car. Engine is not original (its a 67 high comp. 425 D block with C heads. However the intake manifold and carb are the correct ones for 65 (with a "chrome" '65 442 air cleaner for flair), and there are lots of ways to confirm it is a factory 4 speeder ("2L" code on the trim tag, radiator with no ports for trans cooling lines , etc). Date code on the (correct) trans is consistent with the car's build date. Its a very nice car, but not without its issues (which I will not enumerate here). Wheels and caps are very rare 15" police items that are correct for a '67 (but I like them). I also added a super rare rear sway bar that is also a police car item. I'm not actively selling it (may do that in the spring), but I'll let it go for $18K. Interested parties send me a PM or E-mail me at scottfettner@hotmail.com. I turned down 16K for it last year. Has a new clutch, new battery and new tires (all replaced last summer).

Here's a story on my car from about 5 years back when I showed it in New Hope, PA (I'm in central NJ):
