1966 #3 Head Wanted
1966 #3 Head
As it turns out, the #3 bare castings are #8s
. However I found five #3 heads that are complete, with valves & springs
. Scott is closer than I am; so see what he has to offer and, if you're interested in mine, email me direct: drolds1@bellsouth.net. Thanks, Bob.

Brett, sorry to hear of your dilemma. Hopefully, the shipper will make good on their error. I replied to your email with some pricing. Unfortunately, that's a long way to ship something that heavy.
Bob, thank you much, I received a "thanks but no thanks".
Yes UPS is the shipper in this instance and they are 'saying' they will stand behind the insurance (I paid for) on the order, as well refund me the shipping charges. My point is when shipping a pair of something, shoes for example, loosing one is a good as losing both. Who would ever pay for one left shoe?
'ever so slightly miffed' at this point, it took them 3 weeks to complete their investigation. The shipping label & part of box was torn off my box & white duct taped onto a rifle scope box....head approximately 24"L x 10"W x 6"H...compared to 2"x2" x 10"...let alone 54lbs compared to 14ounces...
