There is no such thing as an "overflow bottle" for a 1964 Olds. Do you mean the Optikleen bottle for the extra windshield washer fluid? If so, you can buy them repro.

Windshield fluid and gas line ..... something, can't remember what paper tag had printed on it. The glass bottle was three sided with indents for holding in bracket.

pretty sure I have a bottle and bracket will need new sticker if you want it to look show.
