1964 cutlass Boyne turn signal switch

Installed repro Boyne turn signal switch now has big gap between wheel and bowl. Looks terrible. I was told that the repro is too thick so looking for another good or NOS. All help appreciated.

I just replace the one on my '64 Cutlass, bought the one from Parts Place and all I had to do was grind down a couple of stubs on the back side and it fit perfect. USA Supple sells one also for big bucks.

I got mine there too. You replaced the metal version like i have and replaced? You had the same problem? How far did you have to grind to? Thanks for your help.

I did it about six months ago, so memory may be fading, but I remember grinding off a couple of stubs that the original didn't have that kept the new one from seating correctly. I did not have to remove much, very easy and quick. Just work on it until it fits properly. The original was the metal one.
