1961 cutlass horn/starter relay?

1961 cutlass horn/starter relay?
iam looking for the relay mounted on the pass side wheel well(61 f85). i have been told it is just a horn relay but i cant find anything like it in town! if anyone has one out there or any info id appreciate it.
iam sure its not a must but, i do not want a heat soak issue on my starter solenoid.
