That 134 coil is the replacement unit sold by GM. The 66 Olds came with a 216 coil from the factory unless it was a tri carb that had a 191 coil. The parts book gives the 134 part # and it also says less bracket. The 216 coil was never sold through the parts dept. because it had a bracket when installed on the assembly line. I have done extensive research on why they used different #'s on the coils and with a lot of help from M & H Electric (the leading vendor for repo wiring harness's).
