I just removed a working carburetor from my car. It was installed temporarily until I could find the correct carburetor for my car which I did two years ago and have just now swapped it. Up for sale is what I believe to be a 1977 Olds carburetor ( but I'm not sure ). The number is 17057258 and the date code is 2376. Asking 200.00 which includes shipping and insurance to the lower 48.

The photos show the carburetor just before it was removed from my car and then side by side with the correct carb I purchased. Carburetor will not include gaskets or the air cleaner post. Questions ?

If someone knows what the carb # corresponds to let me know...I could be wrong on the 1977 part.

Any help with the numbers ?

Per my reference info, you are correct in saying it's a '77 Olds carb.
Only thing I can add is that the "8" (or any even number) indicates it's for an automatic transmission.
