Hurst Hairy Olds Valve Covers
These are one of the sets used on the Hurst Hairy Olds.
The story goes that when the car was returned from Niagra
The engines were pulled and one was sold to be used in a boat. This set was sold out of a speed shop in the Detroit area and I purchased them from the person after that.
I will consider trades but be aware that the value of these historic covers is in excess of $600.00 American Dollars.
I know of only one other set that was used on the Hairy and they had the same 8 bungs welded on the covers like these.
