1970 442 OAI hood + wing

Factory 1970 442 OAI hood and factory rear. Parts taken of a 1970 Cutlass W-31 but are the same for 442. Unable to take better pictures of the hood but it was redone several years back and is perfect. Same with the rear wing. Came of the same car and selling together. $3500.

If any serious offers I can pull hood out of garage to take better pictures but trust me that the hood is perfect.

Cool color. I wish I had a matching 70 W-31 to put those on!

Steve. Parts were purchased from Closter, NJ. Owner had a W31 that he said is was racing. He also owned a body shop but was retiring from the business. Never saw the W31 so I don't know if he was running a chevy under the hood.

Ok, it has to be the same car. my buddie bought the original engine from it. That W-31 came from Long Island in the mid 90's. This guy Howie used to own it when it was all original. We used to meet up at the Oldsmobile Dust_off show in the beginning of May every year. Cool car

That's a really nice hood and wing. I remember when it was first for sale a while back when the body shop guy had it. I missed it by a couple of days.
Where is this hood located now? How far from Englishtown?

Thanks,

STeve

He kept the car to race it. Sold everything else off separately. I wish I could have bought the car complete or the other parts. Oh well. The only part he did not want to part was the original W-31 emblems; go figure

wing / hood

I got the 70 decklid off this same car. Beautiful ! Mint...

Too bad it's gone already.

If your looking for mint parts, I would pay the premium to get these. You'll save a lot of time and effort !

Obviously not much a racer, mechanic, or restorer, not to know he dismantled the best all round small block and car built by any of the manufacturers.

Especially to think a Chevy engine would improve a W-31, definitely a body shop to avoid.

All parts on photo bucket is still available. Parts are located in 07013 if you want to figure out shipping costs. For the large items, I would prefer local pickup. Actually local pickup is preferred as you can see the parts and then decide whether you want to buy or pass.
